What a fantastic season it's been, Greyhounds! As we wrap up another year, here's your essential end-of-season checklist to make sure nothing gets missed.
Immediate Action Required šāāļø
š² Return Your Club Jumper
Deadline: ASAPĀ Please return your Glebe jumper to your team manager as soon as possible. Clean jumpers help us maintain our equipment for next season and avoid replacement costs.
š² Return any footballs or other club equipment
Deadline: ASAPĀ Return any footballs or other equipment borrowed from the club during the season. Help us avoid replacement costs next season.
š² Perpetual Award Nominations
Have a teammate who deserves recognition? Submit your nominations for perpetual awards. These awards celebrate the spirit, dedication, and outstanding contributions of our players. Nomination forms are available from your team manager.

Don't miss our annual Presentation Day celebration! This is where we'll announce award recipients, celebrate team achievements, and enjoy some well-deserved recognition. Please RSVP to help us with catering and venue arrangements.
š² Annual General Meeting (AGM)
All members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting.Ā This is your opportunity to hear about the club's performance this year, upcoming plans, and have your say in the club's future direction. We're especially inviting parents to become committee members for the 2026 season - if you'd like to join the committee or learn more about volunteering opportunities, this is a great place to start!
